Music By The Lake is a co-operative venture of the Toronto District School Board and Camp Wahanowin, providing a residential music camp with band, string, and choral programs. To apply, students must be in grade 6, 7, or 8 in a TDSB school and instrumental students must be enrolled in their school music band or string program.

This eight day camp operates from June 5 through June 12, 2010 and is situated at Camp Wahanowin on the shores of Lake Couchiching in the Orillia area. The camp culminates with an on site Open House and student concert on June 12th, to which TDSB music teachers and officials are invited.

All applications MUST be made through your school music teacher and school office, not online or to the Camp Wahanowin office.  Students applying to MBTL are required to be on their Principal's list of recommended students.
